We would like to make you all aware that on Tuesday 17th March 2020 we took the decision to cancel all face to face delivery, meetings and events.

Our staff team are all now working from home and working flexibly. This means they will work when they can and how they can depending on their own personal circumstances in their home and community. All team members are contactable. We ask that you contact them via email or text first to plan a convenient time to speak via phone or video call. We aim to maintain our service as much as possible virtually and help schools as much as we can at this time. Please do get in touch if we can support you in any way.

Our mission to develop happy, healthy and successful people, however, does not change! Our approach changes! We are committed to supporting all of you to be as happy and healthy as possible in this period of uncertainty and social distancing. Stay tuned for further updates!

Welcome to Sedgefield School Sport Partnership

Sedgefield School Sport Partnership works with 5 Secondary Schools, 40 Primary Schools and 4 Special Schools in the traditional Sedgefield Borough area.  We are a child centred organisation who provide positive, high quality PE and sporting opportunities to inspire and motivate all young people, raising their aspirations to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.

Apprentice Interviews

As you can appreciate during this time, with the uncertainty of when schools will fully reopen, we are unable to give specific dates for holding Apprentice interviews. But the programme will be running next academic year and you are able to access both information about the Apprenticeships on offer and our application form on our website, under programmes and Apprenticeships. If you would like to apply, please complete the online form in as much detail as possible and we will hold it on file and ensure that you receive any further updates as and when we are able to go ahead with the actual recruitment process
